The front end page has SOLVES THE MILK QUESTION in navy outlined block letters with a double fine navy border. There is a line drawing. Page 1 describes what Pet Evaporated Milk is and Page 3 gives the Origin of Evaporated Milk. Page 3 shows various uses for Pet Milk: For General Use, As A Beverage and How To Whip Successfully. Following 11 pages of recipes are two pages For Infant Feeding including a chart on how much to feed and how often. The back end page has THE STANDARD FOR QUALITY in navy outlined block letters with a double fine navy border. There is a line drawing.
