Sections are included for Soups, Fish And Eggs, Meats, Vegetables, Salads, Breads, Cakes, Pies, Desserts, Preserves, Beverages, and Invalid's Tray. Printed recipes are included in each, along with handwritten recipes. The first page of each section also features a black and white photograph. Miscellaneous notes and handwritten recipes are also tucked into a sleeve on the inside of the back cover.
