Green lettering is on a brown background for both front and back covers. The back cover includes text reading The Cup That Cheers! Selections From The Finest Tea Plantations, "White House" Teas Sold Under These Distinctive Names Formosa Oolong, Blend, India & Ceylon, Orange Pekoe, English Breakfast, followed by the company name and address. The inside front cover includes an Announcement identifying the purpose of the pamphlet ("furnishing some facts and information to the coffee-consuming public, who have doubtless heard much about the 'harmful' effects of Coffee in the public prints." An estimate regarding the publication date is based on a reference in the Announcement to the coffee crop year of July 1, 1906 to July 1, 1907.
