The recipes are organized by whole meal cooking, menus, meats; whole meal cooking - soups, vegetables, desserts; biscuits and breads; muffins; cakes; small cakes and cookies; frostings and fillings; pies and pastries; baked vegetables; roasts, other baked meats and fish; oven cooked fruits and desserts; Lorain Oven cleaning; addendum (time and temperature chart); and a list of illustrations. There are both black and white illustrations and color photographs.
