The front cover is white with a red Church and Co.'s Soda logo of a strong arm holding a sledge hammer. Around the red circle, are blue and white logos with the signs of the Zodiac in the centers. The back has a yellow box of Arm and Hammer Baking Soda with a blue and white logo. "Established over 70 years The Great Arm and Hammer Soda tests over 53 percent carbonic acid gas and over 99 percent pure bicarbonate of soda." Below the box reads, "The Above is a Copy of Our Package." Machine punched hole.
