Description:
The front panel is yellow with white at the top and bottom. There are drawings of brewing equipment on the right, next to lists of ingredients, equipment, supplies, and procedure. At the bottom are the Blue Ribbon mascots, Lena and Willie. At the top is a machine punched hole for hanging the card. The back panel has the rest of the procedure, directions for cleaning and sanitizing, and a section of sugar and syrups. There is a photo of five cans of Blue Ribbon Malt Extract.
