[Here Man's Progenitor You See With Soda Brand In Hand Dealing A Generous Portion Of The Arm And Hammer Brand]
The front panels, when folded, show three monkeys pouring a box of Arm and Hammer into a wooden pan. It reads, "Here man's progenitor you see / with Soda Brand in hand / dealing a generous portion of / the Arm and Hammer Brand." When the first panel is opened, it shows the three monkeys trying to stop the foaming baking soda while two more monkeys watch in a tree with a box of baking soda. It reads, "And here we have presented to our gaze / the large allowance, slightly on the raise. / To check its rise, see how they use their strength. / The final page shows, what it reached at length." When the second panel is opened, five monkeys are being overtaken by the foam. The two other monkeys in the tree with a box of baking soda continue to watch, while three other monkeys on the right also observe. It reads, "To check this Soda's mighty power / we see the vain and useless task. / As vain as not to see its worth: / as useless as't would be to ask. / If any other baking soda / or Saleratus in the land, / will ever equal or approach / the famous Arm and Hammer Brand." The very back panel has a promo for Arm and Hammer Brand Soda and Saleratus.View this piece: jpg pdf
