The leaflet is folded twice, horizontally and then vertically. The front panel has a line drawing of the Henkel Housewife, dark blue and light blue vertical lines, and the title in blue lettering with Henkel's Extra Fancy in red in their logo format. The back panel lists their line of family flours and the towns the mills are located in: Detroit, Grand Rapids, Pittsburgh, Flint, Toledo, Cleveland, Youngstown, and Akron. Opening the first fold there is a list of the Henkel Housewife's baking secrets and descriptions of their pancake flour and their Quikmix. Opening the leaflet fully, there are ten recipes created by the Henkel Housewife (Miss Dorothy Dedman).
