The front panel has the title and these words as well. These recipes have been kitchen and laboratory tested by The Henkel Housewife. "Thoughts for Noon Day" In a square box below the text it says: Always Use Henkel's Extra Fancy and list the types of flours they make. The back panel at the bottom says Courtesy of Commercial Milling Co. Detroit. [Mich.] The rest of the back panel has the continuation of the Apricot Applesauce Cake and Orange Shortcake. Several of the recipes have notes in pencil below or in them. The inside panels have other recipes.
