With Henkel's extra fancy flours is below that. The back cover has the same format but there is a chocolate cake with white icing and a bag of Henkel's Velvet cake and pastry flour behind it. Below in green lettering is for cakes and pastries. The title page has Good Th. "So long as it is the fashion to eat, so long will cookery books be useful." William Gelleroy. The copyright date and company name and address are below that. There are recipes for biscuits, muffins, and quick breads; bread and rolls; cakes and cookies; icings and fillings; pies and pastries; and a few miscellaneous recipes.
