The same drawings as on the covers are on the front end page and title page. The sections include: general information, fruits and acidic vegetables, juices, low-acid vegetables, meats, poultry, sea foods, sandwich spreads, soups. pickles and relishes, jams, marmalades, preserves, jelly, canning for babies and dieters, freezing, and answers to questions. There are color photo spreads on the correct way to can different fruits and vegetables.
