The pamphlet is cut such that the bottom of the pages is crooked and nearly cuts off some of the text. The basic sections of the pamphlet are: Know what your range will do, top of the range cooking, your flameless electric oven, roasting instructions, broiling, automatic clock, cleaning your electric range, and the right pans for cooking. There are recipes for vegetables, meat, cakes, rolls & cookies, and other assorted foods. One page deals with the timed appliance outlet in conjunction with the clock that allows for a coffee pot to come on before the alarm goes off. There are many charts related to cooking times and the temperature foods should be cooked to.
