Description:
The front cover is beige with a blue square for the title. There is a woman dressed in a blue and white striped dress with an apron over it. She is holding a jar of canned cherries to pour into a bowl. The red American Indian symbol is to the right of her. In the bottom corner it says third edition. The back cover is beige with a blue square for Good Luck Rubbers and the logo. There are jars of canned goods with a package of jar rubbers to the right of them. Below the jars, it states: Fits All Standard Jars. In the lower right is the printer's name. The front end page has "Why Preserves Spoil". There are labels for jars in the center, some of which have been used. There is a section on Methods of Preserving; recipes some with notes as to their provenance, and the back end page has that success Depends Upon the Rubber with an advertisement for a pamphlet on Making a Home Garden and how to send for it. There are no page numbers.
