Description:
The front cover shows an indigenous village and an indigenous woman wearing a red, blue, and yellow blanket. The corner reads, "Dream book." Down the left side are twelve round patches of the zodiac. The back has a drawing of the home of Swamp-Root above a blank space for the dealer's name. A drum, bow, and tomahawk are in the lower right corner. Machine punched hole with a string is in the upper left corner.
