Following are recipes for soups, creamed dishes, sauces, bread and biscuits, puddings and custards, pies, cakes, icings and fillings, frozen desserts, candy, beverages, individual dishes and sandwich fillings. There are drawings of prepared dishes on each page with a centerfold of color drawings of seven prepared dishes. At the end are time tables for cooking meats, vegetables and baking, a list of weights and measures and directions for preparing Carnation Milk for infants and adults. The last page has an index.
