Description:
The front cover is gray with a circular drawing of a red-haired woman looking at the cook book with a mixing bowl and a can of Eagle Brand in front of her. She is wearing a gray dress with a white collar and cuffs and a black and white checked apron. On either side of her are blue casserole dishes. The back cover has a can of Eagle Brand below the eagle trade mark. The company name was later changed to Borden's Condensed Milk Co.
