The front cover is white with a cowboy lassoing a steer. The back cover reads, "A perfect uniform with a mild, delicious flavor." In the center is a black circle with polar bears which is the Freeze-em-pickle logo with a box of Freeze-em-pickle in the upper right and two barrels of Freeze-em-pickle in the lower left. The bottom reads, "For curing hams, shoulders, bacon, corned beef, pickled-pork, and for curing all kinds of sausage meat. Complies with the U.S. Pure Foods Law."
