Published by Kelvinator, Division of Nash-Kelvinator Corporation, Detroit, Michigan. There are red line drawings and black and white photos. There is information on the Kelvin homes, good home management, meal planning, economical buying, and using leftovers. There are recipes for appetizers, cocktails, beverages, baking, casserole dishes and leftovers, desserts, miscellaneous recipes, refrigerator cakes, pies, puddings, soups, salads, and salad dressings. There are two weeks worth of menus. There are several pages after the index for writing in one's own recipes. Found inside the pamphlet is a clipping from the Grand Rapids Herald, March 12, 1945 of A Song for Today by Edgar Guest. There are color photos of the recipes.
