There are specials for main dishes, rainy day specials, cake mix variations, breads in a hurry, and moments to remember. There is a section on high altitude baking and one on microwave baking. Page 21 has suggested baking times for jiffy mixes and for baking mix and buttermilk biscuit mix. The back end page had the history of the company and the name and address.
