Description:
The front cover has two red bands with the title in white lettering. The LaChoy Chinese Seal of Perfection is in the lower right corner. The color illustration wraps around the covers. There is a woman on the front right behind a tea setting with a green umbrella behind her. The back cover has a red pagoda on the left side. Between the two red bands is a green rectangle for a dealer's name. The front end page has the company's business policies and practices and the Bureau of Foods, Sanitation, and Health, Good Housekeeping Magazine Seal of Approval. In addition to recipes, there are descriptions of LaChoy products on most pages. The back end page includes a black and white line drawing of the factory.
