The joy of cordials
Description:
The front cover is dark green with since 1858 in gilt deco and a gold frame around the outside edge. The title is in gold lettering and there is a picture of bottles of cordial and a ham, shrimp, a bundt cake, and drinks in a gold frame below it. Below the picture is Hiram Walker in a gold frame. The back cover is dark green with a gold logo and the name near the bottom center. The front end page has a black framed area with Hiram Walker What a difference a name makes. The recipes include drinks, appetizers, entrees, side dishes, desserts, and a coffee buffet. Pages 2-3 have a color photo of Hiram Walker cordials. Other pages alternate between a page with a full page color photo of the recipes and a page that has the recipes, a picture of some of the recipes, and a picture of the bottles of cordials used. Page 24 has Hiram Walker What a difference a name makes in the center and a list at the bottom of all of the locations the cordials are bottled or imported at with a gold frame around the full page. The pages have the look of a close up of the weave of linen.
