Pages 3-6 discuss the making of rusk, its composition, significance of the AMA Committee on Foods Acceptance, and the endless variety of recipes for which rusk can be used. Each recipe page has the banner between two blue lines of Herkman's Dutch tea Ruk - "the Rusk Supreme" Look for the Dutch boy on every package.
