Description:
The front cover is a soft green with a picture of snow on an evergreen branch. There is a solid green border on the left hand side. The back cover is plain green with Merry Christmas from the Board of Water & Light, a small cover picture, and 1972 to its right. The inside is green paper with black type. There are directions for how to make a snack tree and how to make snack tree relishes. The remainder are recipes. There are a few black line drawings of ornaments. Each Christmas the Board of Water & Light held free cooking classes and gave out recipe booklets.
