This is the cover for the pamphlets for the four sessions of the American Way cooking school. It is a single yellow sheet that wraps around the four pamphlets. There are two boxes at the bottom; one has what to do if you are reducing [i.e. losing weight] and the other is on the daily needs of everyone for good health. Open the leaflet the small right fold has how to garnish the meat platter.
