The front end page has how to cook meat using dry heat or moist heat depending on the tenderness of the cut. There are twenty-two different recipes included. The centerfold has a table titled: What shall we have to eat today? There are five columns: meat, vegetable, salad, bread. and dessert. The rows are alternating white and orange. There are two recipes on the right side. The bottom portion of page 9/10 is a registration blank to be used in awarding gifts.
