Description:
Two menus from the Battle Creek Sanitarium dated June 17, 1926 and June, 24, 1926. The front of the menus has the specials for the day. At the bottom is a space for the dietitian's signature, the patient's signature, and room number. The back side has a poem and the day's program which starts at 7:00 am and runs to 8:00 pm. There is a note at the bottom that states food and flowers may not be taken from the dining room. The June 24, 1926 menu is signed by Miss Jones, dietitian and by T.L. Barger, the patient, and gives his room as being 1372.
