This leaflet is a single sheet of paper. The front side has three groups of food: protective foods, body-building and regulating foods, and heat and energy-giving foods. Under the title in red lettering is At least one food from each of these three groups should be in each meal. The back of the leaflet has a Battle Creek Health Food Chart. The groupings here are: regulating laxative foods, reducing foods, foods for well folks to keep them well, blood-making foods, fattening foods, diabetic foods, and foods for acid stomachs. Below the lists it states: If from these suggestions you do not get satisfactory information, tell us and we will arrange to have a dietitian of the Battle Creek Food Company outline a complete diet program adapted to your needs.
