The leaflet is a single sheet with four folds. The front panel has what hyperacidity is, diet for hyperacidity, and rules for hyperacidity which are continued on the inside front panel. The inside front panel also has information on gruel, keeping free from constipation, and foods for bulk. The next three panels contain menus. The panel after it has been folded once has which foods to use: bland fruits, bland vegetables, miscellaneous, and foods to avoid. The next two panels have recipes.
