The leaflet is a two fold single sheet. The front panel has a black rectangle with the name in white lettering. There are six lines curving upward in the right hand corner and six lines curving downward in the left hand corner. The back panel states Pleasant to take and proves dosing information on Kaba. The company name is below that and the dealer's name: The Fair Store, Marion & Lake Streets, Oak Park, Ill. is below that. There is a black border on the right side and the bottom of the panel. There is a drawn illustration of a can of Kaba in the lower right corner. When open full, the inside panels have a black border top and the outside two panels at the bottom. The top border has the words BULK . . . . LUBRICATION . . . . BOWEL MOTILITY and the bottom border has the company name on the left and address on the right. KABA is in the bottom of the center panel. There are black and white illustrations of mixing Kaba and also comparing Kaba, psyllium, and agar. The text provides information on how to use Kaba and a list of its properties and ingredients. The four corners of the open sheet have black quarter circles with two black lines at the edge.
