The leaflet is a two fold sheet. When open full, there are 3 menus containing the proper foods to eat which high in iron plus a note to have one tablespoon of Food Ferritin at each meal. The first inside panel lists foods rich in iron for blood building some of which are foods from the Battle Creek Food Co. and sunshine and fresh air are recommended as physiological stimulants. Each panel is framed two double black lines.
