Laxative Diet
Description:
The leaflet is a two fold sheet. When open full, there are 3 menus containing the proper foods to eat as well as which lubrication products to eat with each meal. The first folded in panel lists laxative foods bulk-supplying and a list of lubricating items all but one are Battle Creek Sanitarium Health Foods. There is basic information on which foods should be included in liberal amounts. Each panel is framed two double black lines.
