This is a one sided letter addressed to Maud Pines of Minneapolis, Minn. It is response to her inquiry regarding shipping to individuals and information on gluten flour. There is a disclaimer on the bottom of the letter: NOTICE. - our dietetic department does not undertake the management of medical cases. We merely make such suggestions respecting diet as appear to us to be indicated. Where a physician or nurse is in charge of the case, information from us either by letter or printed circular should be submitted fro approval. we do not attempt to do the work of the family physician but to cooperate with him. The date on the letter is January 12, 1928.
