The back cover is essentially the same without the title and the picture is of a knight riding a horse with a red drape carrying a banner that says Health. The owner's name is printed at the bottom (Edith M. Culver 148 Main St.) Below the black line is Printed in the U.S.A. and Artcraft Litho Co. Detroit. The front end page has what shall we eat which discusses the importance of food as a fuel. The back end page has Helps to Healthful Living - a list of books that should be in every home. The primary focus is on Battle Creek foods, how food is digested, diets for specific ailments, constipation cure without drugs, food values, exercise, one page of recipes using Battle Creek foods, there is a price list of their foods, and a glossary. The pamphlet contains color drawings and black and white drawings.
