There is a discussion of what is wrong with the American diet, the origins of Battle Creek Foods, food values, how to eat for health, strength and efficiency, fundamental facts on food and feeds, recipes, diets for specific ailments, constipation cures without drugs, exercises, and a price list. There are both color and black and white illustrations through out the pamphlet.
