The beginning of the pamphlet discusses the discovery of malted nuts and the addition of it to cow's milk creating a "humanized milk". There is an infant feeding table and text on the correct amounts for specific ages. In addition to infants, there is a discussion of the benefits for nursing or expectant mothers, the aged, the lean, and growing youngsters. The remainder of the pamphlet is on preparing it and also some recipes using malted nuts. There are no page numbers.
