The front end page discusses the process of making grape juice. The back end page has suggestions for using Welch's Grape Juice. The recipes cover soups, fish, meats, vegetables, salads, eggs and cheese, pastry, puddings, bread and breakfast cakes, and cakes. There is a machine punched hole in the upper left corner.
