The front panel has a large bunch of grapes on a yellow background. The title is in red lettering. Below the grapes it says Sold by..... B.G. Seebach Peru, Ill.. The back panel is plain. The front end page has a pen and ink line drawing of the factory in Vineland, N.J. built in 1893.. The leaflet discusses why grape juice is nutritious, has a comparison table between human milk and grape juice, and the medicinal qualities of grape juice. The reasons for selecting New York grapes over any other is also discussed. The back end page has the prices and that Welch's grape juice is sold by druggists and dealers generally and a note that the company only uses new bottles.
