The front panel is tan with brown ink. There is a woman holding a bottle of rootbeer. At the bottom is Clip and mail attached free offer coupon. The back panel has Beverage Economy, a promo on buying the extract to make your own. It is a sheet of paper folded in half length wise and then in thirds. When open full, inside is At the Fountain, too! a coupon for the latest Hires cook book, and an advertisement for the Eveready capper, Hantite cap, and crown caps. Once folded the first time, two panels have recipes.
