The Romance Of Coffee [1900 (ca.)]

The front panel has a framed brown line drawing of two Arabs, one on a camel and one sitted on the ground. There are palm trees and grasses. At the bottom of the picture is text stating: Enchanting berry! Where may mortals find Nectors divine that can with thee compare, when having dined, we sip thy essence rare, And feel towards wit and repartee inclined. The back panel has a brown and white sign in the center with Buy the best the finest grown and a Seal Brand Coffee can in the center. The internal text and photos are brown. The text provides a history of coffee, coffee cafés, the old English coffee house, the early American coffee house, and coffee- the tropic's best gift. The back end page has Coffee in the making glimpsed the Chase & Sanborn camera. There are poems scattered through out the leaflet.
