The recipes are from 10 of the top female chefs who joined with Celestial Seasonings to create this booklet to raise awareness of heart disease in women. There are two pages per chef with a short biography, information about the tea used, and the recipe she created. The pages are glossy which makes it useful in the kitchen. There are no page numbers.
