Wear-Ever's 75Th Anniversary Spirit Of 76 Cook Book
Description:
The front cover has green frames around squares and rectangles containing the words of the title (red, white, blue lettering), steer, fish, wheat, bread, turkey with an apple, mushrooms, and glass of wine, and one square has 3 stars (red, white, blue). The back cover is green with Cutco, Wear-Ever Aluminum, Inc., Chillicothe, Ohio 45601. The printer's name is in the lower left corner in black type. The end pages and pages across from them have can sizes, equivalent measures, and equivalents and substitutions. There is a typed letter from Margaret Mitchell. Several pages deal with how to use various Cutco knifes. There are lots of menu suggestions in a table format that would lend itself to mix and matching. The meat section discusses the importance of meat, has pictures of the various cuts of meats of several animals, cooking time tables, and recipes. All the sections have a full color page of the type of items in the section. The book is the same as the 1972 Cutco edition with only the cover changed to reflect the Spirit of 76.
