The end pages and the page opposite are color pictures of various foods. The basic sections are how to use and care for your aluminum utensils; Appetizers, soup, beverages; Vegetables; Fruits; Dried foods and puddings; Meats, fowl, fish; salads; Desserts; and Breakfast. Each section starts with a color picture of the food category, the next page has the basic utensils to use for that groups. Each page has a picture in the upper outside edge which depicts the foods in that section.
