Each section starts with a color picture of the food category, the next page has the basic utensils to use for that groups. Each page has a picture in the upper outside edge which depicts the foods in that section. The back end page has pictures of the test kitchens, the company guarantee, and UA 120-100M-3/52 in the lower left corner.
