The front panel has an orange-red, white, and black modern design. The back panel is orange-red and has the trademark and the lower left corner is torn. The title page is green with part of the title in a white square with a green circular border around it. The company name and address are at the bottom. At the bottom of the table of contents it indicates that it is the tenth edition copyright 1939. Page have either a blue banner or a green banner with the title of the page. Part one discusses aluminum being friendly to foods, the new method, vitamins, a balanced diet, and how to care for the utensils. There are recipes for vegetable dishes, fruit dishes, meats, dried fruits and cereals, baking, and breakfast. There are several pages on how to combine the utensils, one with pictures of the test kitchens, and a page that can be filled out with comments and mailed to the New Kensington offices. The bottom of the last page has CU 120 250M 3-39. The back end page has the company's guarantee.
