French Frying With "Wear-Ever" Aluminum
Description:
The front panel is black and blue; the black rectangle has a chef with his hand outstretched. The title is in the royal blue portion which is also part of the panel below it. The trademark is on the front. The back panel is white and has the continuation of suggestions, table of amounts of fat, that the recipes were created by Margaret Mitchell, Director of the "Wear-Ever" Test Kitchen, and the company name and address. Form No. CU 526N-100M-10-36 and C 1936 and Printed in the U.S.A. are at the bottom. It is a single sheet of paper folded in half and then twice more in thirds. The headers on the inside panels are black letters on blue borders. There are recipes for noodles, fritters, croquettes, doughnuts, potatoes, vegetables, seafood, and salted nuts. There are black and white illustrations.
