Two panels discuss general hints and suggestions. There are recipes for halibut, scallops, lattice potatoes, oysters, deviled crabs, doughnuts, timbales, French fried potatoes, fritters, vegetables, and croquettes. The header of each panel is written in white in an orange banner.
