The back panel is tan with the Wear-ever trademark and the words The mark of the modern kitchen. The author is the Director of the American Food Journal Institute, New York. Each section discussing a different food has a color picture of the food and the "Wear-Ever" utensils usually used for cooking them. There are two pages of menus with guidelines on what should be included in meals each day such as two vegetables other than potatoes. There is a page on why the utensils give better service, pages with examples of the utensils, a page on cold pack canning and a page on making coffee. The page across from the back end page has the trademark and the three types of utensils sold and where.
