Description:
The front panel is light blue with a sketch of a food chopper below the title and below that a space for a dealer's name and all framed in a Victorian frame. The back panel is light blue and has the same Victorian frame. Inside the frame is "Universal" promotion. The title page text is The "Universal" cook book containing recipes for a number of excellent dishes which can be best made with the "Universal" food chopper. The company name and address are below. In the lower left corner is No. 70 and the printers name There are descriptions of what the food chopper does and explanations of the three types of choppers available. The remainder of the leaflet is recipes with the last two pages being advertisements for the bread maker and the cake maker. The back end page has advertisements for the Universal bread maker, cake maker, and coffee percolator.
