Description:
The front panel is white stock and has a Dutch girl in wooden shoes carrying a platter of meat with the word Savory as the steam from the meat. The back panel has a Savory Roaster with meat inside and the words: The "Savory" roaster better meats for less money. The title page says: Savory prize recipe book. published in the interest of better living at less cost. Price 25 cents. The Savory line comprises: Savory Roaster, Savory Double Boilers, Savory Coffee Percolators, Savory Bread and Cake Boxes. The front end page has Savory Prize Recipe Book, a book showing how to save money on meats and to have, at the same time, better tasting meats of the highest food value, and the copyright date, and the company name and address. There are recipes and descriptions of the products inside. There is a section on buying and cooking meats and testimonials of the roaster.
