Description:
The front panel has a color drawing of a girl in a yellow dress sitting on a kitchen stool holding a mixing bowl and licking her finger next to a kitchen stove and microwave. The back panel says compliments of Hager-Fox New Home Center; Roper with a blue line above and a red one below; grand opening February, 1966; and Geo. D. Roper Sales Corporation Kankakee, Illinois at the bottom of the panel. Someone has written Lansing, Michigan in pencil under New Home Center. The forward states that the booklet has been prepared by the Home Economics Department of Roper. At the bottom Roper acknowledges the cooperation and use of selected material from, What's new in home economics magazine and Libby, McNeill & Libby. There are green line drawings in the pamphlet. The pamphlet discusses being prepared; proper utensils; problems with baking cakes, pies, cookie, and breads; fun with frozen foods; setting the table; and the woman's charm and the Roper charm. There are black and white photos of the recipes. There are no page numbers.
